There is a version of purpose that many of us are taught early. It is outward. Productive. Easy to name. A role. A title. A plan. But I do not think that is the deepest form of purpose. This is a reflection on wound, longing, and the life that has been waiting to be recognized all along.

Ceremony does not have to begin with more time, more quiet, or a more perfect version of yourself. Often, it begins with one small act of attention: a hand on a stone, a breath before a meal, a candle at dusk. This journal entry is an invitation into everyday rituals that bring more presence, meaning, and care into real life.
