Shipping

We take great care in preparing each piece before it leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping
In-stock items ship within 5 business days via UPS Ground.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $12 applies to all domestic orders.
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $85 USD.
Customs duties and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully — just as it was intended.

Returns

We want you to feel good about what you choose.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to returned items

  • Custom and special-order pieces are final sale

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly.

Custom Pieces

Custom work is created specifically for you and is therefore non-refundable. We take great care in crafting these pieces and are always happy to discuss details before beginning.
