How to Begin
Hold your touchstone in your hand.
Let your fingers notice its shape, weight, texture, and temperature.
You do not need to do anything perfectly. Just let the stone become a small place for your attention to land.
When you are ready, press play.
Carry It With You
When the meditation ends, you can keep the stone nearby as a small reminder.
Not to hold onto the moment tightly, but to let it travel with you.
