In the quiet of creation — where sacred ideas meet real-world rituals. This is where the ceremonies begin.

My days are filled with mini ceremonies. Little rituals that help me reset when I’m spiraling, reconnect when I feel lost, or celebrate when something beautiful happens. Sometimes it’s lighting a candle before I write. Sometimes it’s a few deep breaths after a hard conversation. These moments bring me back to myself — again and again.

It was through one of these personal rituals that the first full ceremony came to light. It wasn’t something I set out to create. It was something I needed.

I had just shared a deeply personal project — guided meditations — with luxury wellness resorts, airlines, and curated stores. And then... silence. I felt vulnerable and uncertain, questioning everything. So I did what I’ve learned to do: I lit a candle, sat down in stillness, and listened to what wanted to come through.

That’s when The In-Between was born.

In that quiet space, I realized how many of us need support in these tender, transitional moments. So I started writing them down. Each ceremony became a way to hold myself — and now, hopefully, a way to hold you too.

These ceremonies are still becoming. They are unfolding in real-time, just like I am. Each one comes from my own daily practices — real rituals I’m leaning into right now. The morning one I do before I even get out of bed. The Ceremony of Becoming often meets me in the softness of the afternoon, when I need a reset, a breath, a remembrance of who I’m becoming.

Each ceremony will come with a guided audio recording — created by me, with love — to help walk you through the ritual in real time. I’m currently in the studio working on these recordings, and I can't wait to share them with you. You won’t be alone in these moments. I’ll be right there with you, guiding you through.

Ceremonies for the Quiet Moments: A Soulful Collection

This is a library of gentle, sacred support. Each ceremony is a love letter to those transitional, tender, and transformational spaces we all pass through. Whether you’re letting go, starting over, grieving, or just feeling stuck — there’s a ritual here for you.

1. The In-Between: Trusting the Space Before the Bloom

This one’s my heart. It came from that moment of uncertainty when I wasn’t sure if my work would ever be seen or received. This ceremony is for anyone who’s planted seeds and is waiting for signs of life.

Ritual: Light a candle, sit in stillness, and speak your truth aloud. Breathe. Ground into your worth.

Why it matters: The nervous system often misreads silence as danger. Ritual helps rewire that instinct into trust.

"My work is not waiting. My work is becoming."

2. Hanging On By a Thread: Being Seen in the Dark

Sometimes, we’re just barely holding it together. This ceremony came to life during one of those days where everything felt too loud, too much, too raw. It’s an invitation to soften.

Ritual: Place your hand over your heart. Whisper your truth. Let yourself be held in silence. Tie a piece of thread around your wrist as a physical reminder that even in your unraveling, you are still connected — to your breath, to your spirit, to something greater.

Why it matters: Speaking aloud activates the vagus nerve and helps soothe emotional overwhelm.

Where This Ceremony Was Born

I created this ceremony in a moment when everything felt like too much. I had nothing left to give, no clarity, no sense of what came next. I wasn't looking for advice or answers — I just needed to feel held.

So I lit a candle and sat down, and without thinking, I picked up a simple piece of thread from the table. I wrapped it around my wrist, and something inside me softened. I wasn’t sure why it helped — it just did.

Later, I discovered the ancient belief in the Red Thread of Fate — a story told in Chinese and Japanese mythology. It says that we are all connected by an invisible red thread, tied to the ones we’re meant to meet, the moments we’re meant to live. The thread may tangle, stretch, or fray — but it never breaks.

Even though mine wasn’t red, the meaning still found me. That thread became a tether — not just to others, but to myself. To breath. To spirit. To the idea that maybe I wasn’t lost, just in-between.

"Vulnerability is the birthplace of connection." — Brené Brown

3. Letting Go: Releasing What No Longer Serves

This one is fire. Sacred, necessary fire. For the moments when we know it’s time to let go — of people, plans, identities, anything that’s expired in our lives.

Ritual: Write down what you’re releasing. Burn or bury it. Let the elements carry the rest away.

Why it matters: Symbolic release rituals help the subconscious integrate endings more gracefully.

"Some of us think holding on makes us strong; but sometimes it is letting go." — Hermann Hesse

4. New Beginning: Stepping Into a Fresh Start

This one feels like sunlight. It’s for when you’re ready to say yes to the unknown and claim a fresh start with clarity and courage.

Ritual: Begin with gentle movement or breath. Speak your affirmations aloud. Visualize the day or path ahead filled with light and possibility.

Why it matters: Anchoring your intention in the body helps it stick. This ritual sets the tone for aligned action.

"Every morning we are born again. What we do today matters most." — Buddha

5. The Stuck Artist: Finding Your Way Back to the Muse

If you’ve ever sat in front of a blank page or doubted your creative voice, this one is for you. It’s soft and slow and helps you begin again.

Ritual: Hold your creative tool. Whisper words of permission. Let your body exhale. There’s no need to produce — just reconnect.

Why it matters: Sometimes all we need is space to remember that inspiration isn’t gone — it’s just resting.

"You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have." — Maya Angelou

6. Rejection as Redirection: Reclaiming Your Worth

This ceremony is for when the door doesn’t open, or the world doesn’t say yes. It’s a space to come back to your own choosing.

Ritual: Write “I still choose me” on paper. Tear up rejection letters or mental stories. Reclaim your worth through intention and breath.

Why it matters: It reminds you that your value isn’t dependent on outcome or recognition.

"Rejection is merely a redirection; a course correction to your destiny." — Bryant McGill

7. Grief & Grace: Honoring Loss with Love

Whether it’s the loss of a person, a dream, or a version of yourself, this ceremony holds space for all of it.

Ritual: Place a symbol of your grief nearby. Light a candle. Speak aloud what needs to be heard. Let your tears be holy.

Why it matters: Ritual helps create safety in sorrow. It reminds us that grief is sacred, and we don’t have to go through it alone.

"Grief is the price we pay for love." — Queen Elizabeth II

8. Ceremony of Becoming: Expanding Into Your True Self

This one usually meets me in the afternoons. When I need to soften. When I’m shedding old stories. When I’m growing.

Ritual: Full-body softening. Embodied affirmations. Visualize your future self and allow her energy to rise within you.

Why it matters: This ceremony helps you anchor into a new identity — not just through thought, but through feeling.

"The only journey is the one within." — Rainer Maria Rilke

9. Neural Sunrise Ceremony: Morning Ritual for Worthiness and Reset

This is my first touchpoint of the day — before emails, before scrolling. A way to step into my day with intention and sovereignty.

Ritual: Breathwork, high-impact affirmations, visualization, and day scripting while still in bed.

Why it matters: The brain is most receptive in the first moments after waking. This is your window to plant new beliefs.

"Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change."
